Wearing: HM chambray shirt, Asos Jeans

Sure, if you're reading my blog on a day-to-day schedule, you may have seen a photo looking like the one above. Today's article is about the pieces I don't worry about wearing a multiple of times. Some people love buying pieces of clothes matching the recent trends - don't mention the Barbie trend which is going to appear thanks to Jeremy Scott - but, in my opinion, the classics being the classics, I love wearing a button down oversized chambray shirt.

Every time I wear it, I feel like I don't have to think another seconds to what I wear. So, okay, it's actually 37F out there, and I'm more comfortable under a big fluffy blanket than outside, but being productive and active is all about dressing up in the morning (plus a giant cup of coffee, because who's kidding about this?)

Reading, following, being inspired and having a fashion blog doesn't make it easier - you always want to improve your content, because you know that there are so much girls (and boys) out there trying to upgrade their own brand, that you want to improve yours and be the best version of what you're selling. Plus, downside, there's a rumor about how you have to always buy new clothes to make it hold all together. I don't think that's the point of having a fashion blog - sure I am a little fashion blogger, but I have my own opinion about this - but, it's more about demonstrating that you can create something by yourself, which includes, yes, talking about what you love, Fashion with a big F.

So let's face it, people might judge what you think, or what you defend upon here, but who cares? I understood that being realistic about your wardrobe, and what you love wearing is kind of the point. It's tough reinventing your wardrobe every day, and no I don't say this like it's nothing, I know a lot about this - I'm only a student, in the end.

I guess, I'm defending the wear of the chambray button down shirt with passion, and it's not because I am not creative - because I do believe in creativity when it comes to your wardrobe - and actually, it can surely happen by adding something more, like a belt to tie up your coat, and like above, making a knot to your shirt to make it edgier/sexier.

Finally, it's all about reusing, recycling, reinventing yourself and interpreting the classics and the trends to make it corresponds to your own personality.

For once, I've posted a goofy picture of myself, because who cares about being distant? Real me is the girl above - always finding a way to laugh out loud and embrace tiny moments with my closed relatives.

Ten days ago, I arrived in Tel Aviv, and even tho we didn’t sleep at all as we flew by night, we headed straight away at 7 am to the North of the country. I don’t know if I will tell you everything about my trip, but I definitely show you the marvelousness of this country, which is the dearest to my heart. This trip wasn’t much about resting, but much more about visiting and learning about my people, and my history – which may sound boring for someone like me, but it was the contrary. We went to Haifa, which is a city right next to the sea, and I saw for the first time the most beautiful garden in my entire life – the Bahai Garden. These gardens have a long history, and I was totally impressed by the hard work and the flawless perfection of this landscape. They consist of 19 terraces; the highest is the one of the Persian Garden with its trees in the foliage sculptured in eight-point stars. A stony staircase comes down up to the stunning terraced gardens situated below. The architecture of the garden is made by nine concentric circles, which look like waves, which go by getting bigger, and whose center is the sanctuary itself. We called those gardens the « Eight Wonder of the World », and I couldn’t be more agree. I was completely astonished by the beauty of the city.

After spending a nice day wandering through Haifa and the North – because we visited a lot of things that day – I had the opportunity to take a few pics. I wore a Marinière t-shirt from Zara and my long fluffy pants from Brandy Melville. My cat eyes sunnies was the perfect accessories of the day, and I have to mention my little leather backpack - which followed me everywhere during those ten amazing days. Before taking off for the weekend to enjoy the beautiful weather (finally, May real sunny weather is showing out and I couldn't been happier), I went for a walk through one of my favorite Parisian neighborhood: Saint-Germain-des-près. So here's my casual minimal look I’ve worn on Friday. This leather mini skirt is such a versatile and timeless piece and, I can't believe they really succeeded in making in more modern by giving it a little twist. Simple black boyfriend shirt, a long grey casual cardigan and my favorite structured black coat from Zara. My yellow bag is following me everywhere, now. Happy Sunday :)

Avant de prendre la route pour un weekend bien mérité pour enfin profiter de la saison, j’ai pris le chemin de Saint Germain, un de mes quartiers favoris à Paris. Ma tenue pendant cette session shopping  en ce vendredi était toute simple et casual. Cette minijupe en cuir est tellement versatile et intemporelle, que je ne pensais pas qu’on pouvait y apporter une touche moderne par ce petit détail qu’est la fermeture zip déstructurée. Un simple Tshirt boyfriend noir, un cardigan gris et ma veste structurée de Zara ont permis de compléter ma tenue – je ne suis que basics, finalement ! Sinon, mon sac moutarde me suit désormais, partout. Happy Sunday :)
